The Middens have filmed their version of the song, The Red Red Robin, as the football club gears up for the FA Vase final in May.
A rousing music video featuring Tyneside football fans has been created by a local band as they cheer on their Wembley-bound team.
North Shields FC has made it through to the finals of the FA Vase Tournament and is set to take on Glossop North End at Wembley Stadium on May 9th.
Thousands of tickets have already been snapped up for the big game.
North Shields band The Middens re-recorded a contemporary and
up-tempo version of The Red red Robin, which was first written by Harry M Woods in 1926 and was performed by many stars of the 1920s including Al Jolson.
The number has become the official "road to Wembley" song for the club who are also known as The Robins.
And now the band have produced a video featuring footage of the team qualifying for the final and the fans of the club celebrating as the song plays in the background.
